- CCW (Council of Catholic Women) meeting will be on Tue, May 5 at 1:30 PM in St. Patrick parish cafeteria. Hostesses are Diane Novak, Kathy Albright, Marce Nekola, Becky Cline.
- Table of Plenty will begin Sunday, May 3. Please bring and share any extra garden produce you may have with others in our community. A table with baskets will be available before Mass for you to place your items. We are also in need of volunteers to help organize and manage the table. If you are interested in helping, please contact Betty Hayek.
- Healing Hearts Group [loss of spouse] will be Thursday, May 21 at 12:30 PM at St. Patrick Cafeteria. Bring your own beverage and an appetizer to share. Any questions call Mary Cibula at (641) 751-8467.
- SJ/SM Knights food pantry collection is Sunday, May 10. Non-perishable food and paper goods only please. Items may be placed in the back of the church.
- SJ/SM Knights will be meeting Mon, May 11 at 7:30 PM at the parish hall.

This session offers an opportunity to learn more about the meaning of Baptism and take the first step toward Heaven.

IMPORTANT UPDATE CONCERNING
SCHEDULING MASS INTENTIONS
Archbishop Zinkula has asked not to schedule any Masses after July 1, 2026, until the interim Mass schedule is announced. New pastorates will be able to schedule Masses in June after the new Mass schedule is announced.
As a reminder, the new Mass schedule beginning July 14, 2026 will be created by the outgoing and incoming pastors in April-May 2026.
Mass Stipends Update
as of January 1, 2026:
the voluntary offering for a Mass intention is now $10. There is no change for Masses already scheduled. This offering is not “buying” Masses, but a way for the faithful to unite themselves to the sacrifice of the Mass and support the Church’s ministers.
